3. Orders and Payment

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, cancellation is no longer possible once the order is in the processing stage.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be processed for such orders.
• Refunds for valid cancellations (within the 2-hour window) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. User Accounts
