Shipping Rates

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business weeks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Our dispatch time is a bit longer as we ship the item, freshly stocked directly from the authentic producers.

Delivery Areas

Our Dispatch Management Team might contact you for your address confirmation. We currently deliver across India. Shipping times may vary based on your location:

• Within Kolkata: Asper Standard and Express Delivery Schedule
• Rest of West Bengal: Asper Standard and Express Delivery Schedule
• Out of West Bengal: 12-15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through your account dashboard or using the tracking link provided in the email.

Packaging

All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use food-grade packaging materials and include cooling agents when necessary to maintain freshness during transit.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with videos of the damaged items.

We will not be able to arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, without submission of unboxing video after receiving from the courier. The courier lable should be visible clearly while making the video.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order has been dispatched.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution with the unboxing video starting from receiving the package from the courier partner. The courier lable should be visible clearly while making the video.
